It's been speculated that at least 5 more "It's been speculated that..." threads will be started today. Here's the first one, we just need four more to make this speculation into a fact!

What is it with mediots (and some fans) who cannot come up with anything to write/say so they just pull something out of their can and say it is a "rumor" or "been speculated" or "there are rumblings" or how about "word out of Cowboys' camp is..." with no source other than their own less than vivid imagination.

You can speculate anything and make it sound somehow plausible. "It is rumored that billionaire Warren Buffett is considering purchasing the Dallas Cowboys". Could he? Yes he could. Would he? No one knows because he has never said anything about it. Would Jerry sell? Highly doubtful but you never know, maybe his health is failing and he is tired of not winning SBs like he did early on.

The point is, unless the source is someone credible (like Jerry, Wade, Romo, Goodell, Etc.) it is just the author's BS idea to come up with an article, bog entry, clip, thread, etc.

Seriously, I'd love to have the job of so called sports analysts and reporters nowadays. It would be awesome to wake up in the morning and think, "Let's see, what kind of **** can I think up of today and just BS about?" I'd love to sit around and think **** up that isn't remotely close to being true but could technically happen. It'd be awesome.
