Please tell me the Cardinals, the team who tried an on-side kick in the first half when they played Dallas, isn't in the NFC Championship Game. That on-side kick told you about how they viewed themselves, underdogs.

My, how things have changed. That game was a killer.

There's something about a list of SB Champions that, if the Eagles or Cardinals were on THAT list, it would make a mockery of such listing.

The curse dictates that the Eagles, Cardinals, Lions, Seahawks, Browns, Bengals and Saints NEVER make that list.

It's gonna' be the Steelers so that the list would at least look valid. It's written down somewhere in the ethereal blue-yonder. Can't have a "champions" list with the words "Eagle" or "Cardinal" on it. Wouldn't mesh with the order of the universe.....................

I would have agreed however, lets not forget the Phillies won the world series.. so the Philadelphia curse is over.. that said two world championships in one season for phily. I would have to say I can live with that if they are beating pittsburgh..

I think the Ravens have a good chance at winning, one thing for sure this is going to be a very physical game. These guys better tighten their chin straps for this one

I wanna believe that Balt can win... but I think the aggressive Jim Johnson defense is gonna bring out the full fledged rookie in Flacco.

Look for a win for Eagles... only things keep Eagles from running away with it is:

• Balt defense
• McNabb with his "just when you expect him to play well, he doesnt"

I see this playoff race as wide open anything can happen even the eagles winning it all. I'm a big enough man to deal with it no matter the outcome.

And let's face it: even if they lose this year, organizationally, they're light-years ahead of Dallas and are much better set up long-term, while we're stuck with Al Davis circa mid 1990s, when he was nuts but not yet in dementia.

And let's face it: even if they lose this year, organizationally, they're light-years ahead of Dallas and are much better set up long-term, while we're stuck with Al Davis circa mid 1990s, when he was nuts but not yet in dementia.

I could actually root for the Cards and on a lesser level the Ravens. Either will do.

If they play each other in SB... then all is VERY well!!

I would not be suprised to see that as the outcome. Cards vs Balt in the SB

The Ravens wont win. It will be much like last weeks game against SD. Pittsburgh will win going away much to my dismay. Get ready to purchase your Sports Illustrated Super Bowl Edition featuring the World Champion Pittsburgh Steelers. Makes me sick just thinking about it.

This thing is over. No rookie QB and coach is going in to Pittsburgh and winning and no 9 win team is going to touch Pittsburgh in a Super Bowl.
