Garrett plays the "adversity" card for all it is worth. He knows that is his only excuse to hide behind failure after failure.
Guess what, Red - every team has: injuries; suspensions; bad calls; draft busts; personal tragedies, etc etc.
We do not need a coach whose self-professed greatest trait is not crying and quitting after every trumped up form of adversity. We need a LEADER who can play the cards he is dealt and who never stops strategizing on how to exploit the enemy to win the game. A mastermind who is cool and calculating, not a perfumed Princeton prince who shrinks when the lights are brightest on stage.
It is past time for Garrett to go. He offers absolutely nothing.
