The team lost three close games and had a very rough start sitting at 2-5;

Dak hasn't been resigned to a new deal;

Lamb still hasn't received an extension;

Parsons is not happy at all and the locker room is in turmoil;

Aaron Rodgers just tore his ACL and the Jets are 6-2 desperately needing a QB;

What moves should the front office be making?

Adam Shefter reporting breaking news: The cowboys have finaly received word that star QB Dak Prescott is willing to waive his no trade clause, we're hearing that several teams have interest in his services!!

Later that night another reporter beats Shefter and the cowboys send Dak to the Jets for 2 first round picks and a 3rd

The FO should bring in two washed up veterans way beyond their prime in order to make it look like they're actually doing something.

Don't wanna upset the fans. Give us what we're used to.

So, it's week 9 of the 2024 season. If CeeDee hasn't received his extension, did he hold out? At 2-5, I bench Dak and install Trey Lance as our QB1. Did we beat the 49ers the previous week? Maybe Dak would go along with a trade to the Jets?

We obviously know which way you’re leaning.

What part of no trade clause for Dak do you guys not understand? Why would he wave that to help the Cowboys?

If this team is 2-5.....the only thing left to do is keep doing what they are doing so they can get the top pick in the draft.

If I'm Dak I just play out my deal and go to the Jets after the season is over.

If I'm the Cowboys....I Guess I hope and pray Dak will waive his no trade clause and be able to get SOMETHING for him. Then proceed to build around Lamb and Parsons.

I don't think Jerry will even consider losing Trey Lance until they are convinced Lance will not be able to replace Dak. If that happens, Lance will go.

I mean in his scenario he believes Dak would rather hop on the 6-2 JETS and waive his clause than stay here which yeah on the exterior it would be an upgrade for him.

I'm with you though. I ask it every time people bring up a trade with him....why would he help the Cowboys and make the team he's going to worse? I'd wait and just go to that team after the season then they keep their capital.
