It's crazy to see 3 teams relocate in 2-3 years again. 95-97 was the same type of shuffling. LA Rams to Oakland then to ST Louis. Cleveland to Baltimore. Houston to Memphis(Tennessee).

I think normally yes, but the team doesn't actually suck anymore. They're a legit contender IMO and will probably keep getting better if they continue their recent draft formula. The stadium will still be full unlike other teams that have moved recently (see: LA Chargers)
