Since yesterday all what media and so called "experts" are blaming and making fun of Austin's celebration penalty. NOT ONE of them even had the balls to say that's ridiculous call. All coming up with reasoning of the call.
Turns out that is not even a foul and the ref told Wade he would be so angry if the flag was thrown for that.

I noticed it for a long time now and this confirms it to me. The media will do all it could to not discredit the refs.

I would love to see one of those expert talking about it and making sense of it and on live TV get informed that it wasn't a foul rather another one to see his/her face.

FWIW, the guys on Sirius radio, and Charlie Casserly himself (per Pat Kirwan of Sirius) stated that the penalty was a horrible call by the refs.

I don't have much respect for the media, but some of the guys on Sirius NFL radio are good and call it like it is with no bias.

It's rediculous how Miles got flagged for that but the Packers can jump into the stands.

Tell me about it. I saw Babe last night say that they checked with the NFL and the Lambeau leap was "grandfathered" in. Bogus.

Now lets go back to Emmitt Smith being banned from tasking his helmet off in celebration but the Lambeau leap was A Ok.

Lets think about this for a second. A player after scoring a TD is naturally headed to the sidelines. So the player is undoubtedly going to be taking their helmet off, but...you just cant do that on the field in a celebratory manner.

Score a TD and go jump in the stands that is ok. Never mind that doing so could be a safety issue for both the fan and the player.

I still resent the NFL for that.

I agree but if I was in Wade shoes I would be telling the guys to hand the ball to the refs then come over to the sidelines and celebrate. League rule does not prevent the celebration on the sidelines. You can still play to the crowd from there.

the NFL is ALWAYS biased in favor of Green Bay and Pittsburgh. Green Bay becuase its a small market storied franchise and Pitt becuase of the Rooneys.

A lawsuit waiting to happen. Andre Johnson did it yesterday to after the game winning TD. If a Cowboy ever does it get ready to walk off 15 on the kickoff.

The penalty wasn't on Miles for jumping over Williams, it was on the fact that two players were making the U of T hookem horns gester that Williams alway does after he scores a TD

OK that's really stupid. They must've missed when Roy did on his 2nd TD.

What number did they call the foul on during the game? 19 or 17?

If I'm the Cowboys, to be honest given their start, would not celebrate period. Play with a chip on their should the size of King Kong.

Score a TD. Set the ball down right where they scored. Definitely don't do the refs a favor and hand them the ball. Make them go get it and reach down for it. :D

I know football is emotional and any other year I say celebrate, but not this year. Because A they will be penalized and B Dallas does not deserve the right to celebrate at this point.

I would use this as a team unifying us against the world mentality. Play no nonsense kick your tail football until the season is over.

Of course that wont happen...

TWO PLAYERS doing it at the same time

Two players, three players all eleven it's still stupid to flag'em for that.
