Dak led a drive from his own two, nailed a first down from two yards deep in his own endzone, marched the team down for a TOUCHDOWN, note, not a FG which the Texans easily could have tied. He had two tipped balls.
One was def an INT on him. You're gonna get one a game. Live with it. As for the Colts, they nearly beat the E-girls.

You can look at this like, "awww, crap, the ----fill in the blank---stayed with us for a half/we looked bad for a half" or you can note that the Cowboys are averaging 37 a game, that the D made a phenomenal goal line stand, and that the O
marched 100 yards to score when it needed to.

Every team in the league has one of these games, when a poorer team plays way over its head and it makes a lot of mistakes. But yesteryear's Cowboys would have lost this game. That's all.

We were out coached in every facet.

If we would've played probably 30 other teams today we lose.

Yes, it was ugly and we got the win, but it's okay to be critical and disappointed with how terrible everyone looked today. It's not all sunshine. The team we saw today is an easy out and it's okay to point that out.

some times good teams win ugly games they over look. couple of weeks back eagles pulled a last few second win against a hapless Indy team to pull it out 17-16....it happens. you chuck it up as a win and you move on.

It's pretty clear nobody in our brain trust expected the 2 headed QB from Houston today. But good ole Lovie Smith knew we had a weakness for the read option and he used that against us. But these are things you can do when your season is effectively over already.

The same QB who went the opposite way on an option to kill any chance of icing the game vs the QB who stepped on the field right after that staring down 98yds and drove down the field with ease? Hahahaha. Yep, you are definitely right on that.

I get it. You had to scrap your thread about Dak right when he went down and scored. Many did. And so you had to change the narrative a little. I agree. Some people are so obsessed with Dak and are so desperate to be "right" about him they simply cannot enjoy a win. Dak struggled for much of the game today but without his play on that last drive the Cowboys do not win. He was clutch when it mattered the most. And that is all we should care about.

Two things popped out for me in this game..... Besides not able to read a defense, Dak is so freaking inaccurate and has a shotgun for an arm....throws within a 10 foot diameter around the receiver; and as for the defense, still has problems containing a running QB... getting suckered in often. Both things are not good. They did get lucky and made some plays at the end, but this game would not have been a contest against a better opponent. Relieved for the win, pack up and on to Jax....we'll see what kind of freak show that turns into.
