McNabb, healthy or not, has been a .500 QB since the start of the 2005 season. There is no reason to believe that will change now.

He was perfectly healthy for the first 9.5 games of 2006, and the Eagles started the season 5-5 before Jeff Garcia came in and gave the team a spark.

Where are the 2008 Eagles dramatically better than the 2006 version? Kevin Curtis is hurt, and there is no Jeff Garcia waiting to bail them out after McNabb's annual injury.
