at least for me that is. I'm dead in the middle of dolphin country. They're getting ready for a huge HOME playoff game and were sitting home. Man the local CBS affiliate just did an hour long pregame show. The fans are tailgating, drinking, just have a freakin ball. The city was the laughing stock of the league last year, know they're hosting a playoff game.

I also work part time for WQAM the sports station down here in miami. I do dolphin postgame. I wear my cowboys gear to these postgame remotes every week and i have to hear from Keith Byars and Keith sims every week, they never miss a chance to take a shot at dallas. I hate the dolphins with a pasiion, but they're playing and were the joke of the NFL.

Ohh did i mention the freakin eagles are playing. God forbid if they win today. If the dolphins and eagles both loss i'll be feeling alot better, but know im sick to my stomach.

And I think we will continue to be the joke of the NFL, for several more years, as long as JJ and Wade running the show. Get used to it.

As much as I hate the town of Philly, I can't help but appreciate the heart guys like Dawkins, Westbrook and, to some extent, McNabb show on a daily basis.

If some of our players played with that level of intensity every game, it would rub off on the other players and make us a better team.

I hate the Eagles, but wouldn't mind seeing the Eagles and Giants kill each other next week.

The 'Cowboys SouthEast' are a better team than the Dallas Cowboys right now.

Sad.

Yep. This is pretty brutal.

It's sad that some here seem to feel more disgust for what happened than some of the players.

I'm rooting for the Dolphins today, maybe Jerry will realize his mistake and look in the mirror, maybe. And the team, they gotta be saying whoa, we had those coaches here...

I think it is great that you are continuing to wear your Cowboys gear. Keep it up! Let them kick you while you are down, because it doesn't matter. They won't keep you down forever.

I guarantee that at least some of those guys will be thinking of you the next time Dallas makes a serious run at the championship.

I agree. I'm rooting for the Fins as well.

I'll not, as in NEVER, give the Beagles any credit. What happened last week was more about OUR lack of heart and disorganization than anything good about the Eagles.
The Cowboys, the state of this union, it doesn't take alot for a game to go completely in the crapper like last week. On the road, God forbid a little pressure, and OH MY GOD......something to actually have to play for, and we fold like a broken lawn chair. It could've been the Niners or the Saints, the Commanders or even the Rams. On the road, late December, having to win..........get down by two score's and PRESTO!!!!! Like clockwork.

It wasn't the gifted and "intense" Eggless that did us in. Not even close. It was the clueless owner/management/coaching staff, not being at all prepared, and the usual (and I like the kid) "Adventure's in Romoland".

C'mon... Two teams knowing they have to win to make the playoffs. You know the Beagles are up for the game. Two fairly talented teams (though in the Cowboys case, overrated) playing. The Eagles played hard as the Giants did last year. The Eagles earned it. Our team showed the talent level isn't as good as we thought it was as well as bringing up questions about the intensity and coaching....

I know it's sour grapes. I know it's bitterness. I'm aware that it probably sounds stupid..............

But I cannot, will not, and never have been able to allow the words "Eagles" and "good" to come out of my mouth in the same breath. I don't care if they did go to 4 consecutive NFC Champ. games and a SB (which, of course, the lost). I don't care what they do in the future.
My level of disdain for the entire city and organization simply will not allow my wiring to concede such nonsense.
Hell, I have a hard time giving even the Giants credit for that boondogle and mess last year. I blame that whole fiasco on parity. That Giant team wasn't a "great" team. They were just the team, amongst the rabble of mediocrity, that didn't want to lose the most.
They'll get no credit either................

If that sounds crazy to you, go to Philly tomorrow and ask for a little props for the Cowboys 5 rings................and see what you get! IF, you get out of "The City of Bodily Harm" unscathed..................
