Everyone in the orginization needs to look in the mirror and take some accountablity to turn this around. It's hard to fault some of the guys because the positives so outway the negatives, but too many little things are hard to overcome...

Jerry - Turn down the volume on the media and take down the circus tents
Wade - Turn up the intensity - us against the world
Garrett - Swagger, create a gameplan that no one can stop
Stewart - Quit hiding the weak links and start exploiting our strengths
Romo - Ball security in the pocket
Johnson - Drive the bus and get your timing down
TO - Your gonna get pressed - punchem in the mouth and make them pay
Barber - Stop fumbling
Witten - Cut out the presnap penalties
Gurode - Learn to snap the ball
Flo and Columbo - Block a DE
Big and Procter - Stop DT penatration
Crayton - Catch the ball
Roy 11 and Holland - Learn the playbook
Pacman - Stay out of trouble and learn to catch
Zach - After diagnosing the play, go and make it
Bradie - Less bark, more bite
Greg - Stop complaining
Spencer and Burnett - Get on the field and stay there
Tank - Don't talk about Chi, play like you did when you were there
Hamlin - Take charge of the secondary
Henry and Jenkins - Wake up
Canty, Hatcher, Bowen - make a play
Special Teams - Handle your assignment

Newman, Felix, Kosier and Romo - Get well soon
Ware - Thank you!
