You'd never believe it if you were told in advance.

Fact 1) The Cowboys will pick a RB at #4 overall.

Fact 2) The Cowboys will lose Romo for at least half the year due to preseason injury.

Fact 3) Even with the loss of Romo, less than 10% of Cowboys fans will regret not taking a QB with the #4 overall pick, all things considered.

What a crazy year, we have two candidates for rookie of the year, and if that nerve starts firing again, it's going to be insane!

Oh, one more fact.
Fact 4) Jerry didn't get the QB he wanted in the draft, and made public mention of it. So the team settled for "a quarterback" in the 4th round.

Part of the reason that a rookie QB can have success is Ezekiel Elliott. I love the way he carved up the Seahawks run D this week. Man it was nice, like a knife through butter.

Just found this, thought my fellow fans should see it.

I want to see the nerve fire up, but I don't want the player to see the field. I don't want him rushing back at all. Just me, but the first two points...spot on!

Love that headline, there are so many strange and wonderful things. If I were not in the midst of my football movie prep for the season, I would list just the ones off the top of my head. And I keep a lot of strange things on top of my head. I have a parrot with Tourettes Syndome, Alphonse, there now and he's pretty strange. The last time he asked for a cracker, I got him a redneck from Mississippi. They bonded and now he cusses with a southern accent.

OP, I agree with your assessment and I hope your nerve fires but not while you're operating heavy machinery.

While thats true about Jerry, its not true about the organization. They definitely seemed very interested in Prescott.
