It's time for Jerry to step aside to let Stephen Jones take over !!! I honestly think Stephen Jones would run this team much better than Jerry. He seems to have a better head on Football decisions.

From across the pond it's hard to tell, but to me, Stephen Jones is just the flip side of a Idiot Coin.

Those two need to decide what's more important, hiring a GM and get to winning, or keep on making all the decisions and feeling like they are football guys.

It isn't gonna happen and we don't even know if Stephen will be that different.

in 1993 when Jimmy left we needed to get a GM.

won't happen while Jerry is breathing, sorry.

I hate to inform you....but

Jimmy Johnson was not the GM. Jerry was.

Nothing has changed GM wise. Just Head Coaches.

I actually think Stephen Jones is a different breed. I don't think he is anywhere the gambler that Jerry is and I think they have both said that in the past.

I think Stephen would do a much better job and I would love to see him take over the GM duties.

Jerry would still have Owner, President and Stadium promoter to his title.:laugh2:

But all in all it is not going to happen any time soon so no use to waste much time on it.:

I dont know so I am asking.

Was Jerry as involved and hands on and meddling when he first took over?
OR was he letting Jimmy and coaches makes football decisions.

If I had to guess I would say Jerry was less involved and we can probably mark the day when he inserted himself as KING MEDDLER. When Jimmy was outed.
