Yeah, he’s failed his way up, but it’s clear he can run an offense. Jerry will never surrender full control to someone like Bill Belichick or Deion, so the best path forward is to get a pushover like Kliff and give him a solid DC to run that side of the ball.

1000%

Kingsbury seems like a perfect fit.
Coaches change. He’s changed. He’s been around the greats. Mike Leach. Bill. Brady. Anyone hear Brady and then Gronk singing his praises last night? On top of that mentoring Mahomes, Caleb, The midget, Johnny Football, and now Daniels….call the guy please. At least just to pick his brain.

No worries, Jerry will go Offensive HC, and with Kingsbury there's a couple things to consider:
1) Jerry will believe KK can help Dak.
2) KK asked Jane for a Jerry introduction.
3) Hiring Kliff hurts WASH and DQ

It's totally possible. If Ben Johnson is on the list, Kingsbury should be on there too. Any young Offensive coach that has had success should be brought to pick their brain, at least. Lastly, Kingsbury has been a HC (NFL n College) advantage Kingsbury.

I’ll take him over Kellen Moore and this move weakens a rival like they did to us.

But I am sure if Jerry picks a OC it will be Kellen Moore because Jerry knows Kellen. Kliff offensive scheme is 10x better than Kellen Moore.

I think you have it the other way around, will KK want a coach killer like Dak as his QB? He would be third victim.
You think Dak killed Garrett? Lol. That bum should have never sniffed a head coach position. It's quite the opposite. Garrett killed Romo and Dak. Coaching matters in this league and both of them played under terrible staffs who did zero to help them. Only Jerry was dumb enough to give him that. He wasn't even qualified to be an OC. Giants knew that and cut bait immediately. Hasn't sniffed a coaching position since, for good reason.

It's almost like it's a theme here to hire terrible coaches coupled with a bad front office and wonder why the results never change. Since Jimmy, the quality of coaches here aside from Parcells has been poor. Wade is a good coordinator but a bad head coach. Garrett, see above. McCarthy a safe, retread hire.

Hello Kliff Klinkberry? Yeah, this is Jerry....
.yeah, you know Jerry....from the Dallas Cowboys....listen....anyway I was wondering how you feel about an incentive based contract and mentoring Jason Witten to be my next head coach.

Well, the incentives would say $100000 for a winning record, $250000 for a wild card win, half million for a divisional win, another half for a conference championship win, and a cool million for a Super Bowl title.

Base salary? Uh, with all those incentives I'm thinking about $2 million.

Hello? You there? We have a great facility and the best exposure any team could want. And the weather is pretty good too

Hello?
Hello?

This is Jerry....are you there?

Stephen! Get me a new phone. That's the tenth dropped call this week.

Como se dice.....hell no?

I just don’t see it as a good fit. Everywhere he has been he has run the RPO game and that doesn’t seem to be a good fit personal wise

Isn’t the RPO more efficient when the QB plays under center? Not sure how that is going to work with Dak.
