Kingsbury runs a college type offense and needs a mobile QB. The league also tends to catch up to him as evidenced by late season collapses. I'm not sure he did too much for Kyler Murray and I suspect Jayden Daniels will level off.

Dallas needs defense and a running game, not an "innovative" college-style coach that doesn't have a college-style QB to use in his system.

Dallas probably should have spoken to Kingsbury last year after firing McCarthy for the GB loss and not signing Dak. It's too late for Kingsbury now, though. Trey Lance isn't even on the team and Dak's contract more or less makes him the starter.
