After every good year they come back and look like crap the next. Not sure why but it just happens. As a lot of people said this team can not handle success like last year. This off season was full of suspensions, Zeke doing Zeke things, Tony retiring, letting go of almost all of the secondary and we see where that got us.

Its one game but boy did they looked out classed and out coached in every phase of the game.

I wanna see us with our cb's back and our suspended players back before I say one way or the other. Our playcalling on offense is bad though, I agree. Garrett is not an aggressive coach. He is fine clapping when we are down 25 points. Doesn't get in players faces. I miss the days when we had Jimmy Johnson and Parcells.

Last year was the year for the Cowboys. There were so many good vibes around the team - team chemistry was at an all-time high, the team was very healthy, we had a 1st round bye and HFA. You also still had Romo in the QB room helping out Dak. The NFCE was down, the NFC was littered with major injuries and teams suffering down years, even the Patriots in a potential Super Bowl matchup were dealing with injuries.

All of this was wasted because we refused to run the ball in key moments vs the Packers. Yeah the defense was bad, but the offensive play calling is what still irks me about that game. The coaching staff laid an egg at the worst time.

Now here we are in 2017 - breaking in new players on the oline/secondary, the QB room is not as deep, lots of off the field issues, much harder schedule. I just feel like we missed a huge opportunity last year where the team was at its peak mentally and physically to take the next step.

Agreed about last year and the Packers. We did the same thing yesterday, we abandon the run after they stuff it 4-5x and go to the pass where we're really dead against this team. We played right into their hand (rookie coach).

We are going to waste our good years with Garrett. He is not a very good head coach. Jerry has to replace this guy sooner than later.

Personally I feel after they have a good year then have a bad year is due to the front office's actions (or lack of) and coaching.

This is why we need a strong head coach like Jim Harbaugh.

I just tell the truth, look back itwhat this team does, like it or not
No you are just emotionally foolish. You do this every year after the teams first loss. Like it or not you are just caught in the moment.

All good points but it's hard to imagine any team going all the way with Used Carr, Dumbazz Claiborne and Useless Heath as the main parts of ones secondary

Disagree. It was wasted because the head coach chose safety over preparation at the end of the season. His team was not ready to play that game until it was too late.

He should have been fired the very next day.

I agree with this point too. The team was in chill mode for nearly a month. Typical ultra conservative Garrett.
