Didn’t say he wasn’t. I was criticizing the team’s culture and reputation. It was his own words that described the fun atmosphere in why he would have come to Dallas.

However I do think that is how the Cowboys are now viewed.

Sure, but what does that have to do with this? Just because LT is a bigger need doesn't mean you don't focus on all of your needs. Plus I'm talking about all offseason, not just today. Today he's retired.

not only was he encouraging players not to attend voluntary workouts in the offseason he was very active in his push to completely eliminate the offseason workout program.
right or wrong I'm sorry but thats going to keep almost every owner from giving you a new contract. May be why none of the 7 teams he applied to even called him back
