I'm torn.....because if you didn't sign him....the cupboard is bare. How many more time were we gonna sink a mid round pick into a DT and let them walk?

Obviously that plan over the years failed. Their thinking was they would get compensatory picks to replace the guys they let walk.....but the problem with that thinking was they never would get fair value in those picks. It was like trading a 3rd for late 5th or 6.
