Know he's an after thought but his play was solid & very active
His old teammate QB Easton Stick showed some wheels running for a big gain.....Cox wasnt gaining
Stick is a hell of a athlete, had best 3 cone time in entire indy combine that year... ndsu qb guru called him the best of all ...over wentz, trey lanceThat was my only concern with Cox. He looked a little slow on that play. I'm hoping he didn't lose his speed with the injury. Or, perhaps, he doesn't trust his legs yet.
That makes me feel better about the way that play looked...not that I was overly concerned. I was completely unfamiliar with Stick.Stick is a hell of a athlete, had best 3 cone time in entire indy combine that year... ndsu qb guru called him the best of all ...over wentz, trey lance

That good of a backup would cause a huge QB controversy hereJealous that the Chargers have a backup like Stick.

Well, he is coming off an injury, so that has to be considered when rating his performance, regardless of the competition. Not to take anything away but he's a potential starter. Exactly how he should look against 2nd and 3rd stringers
Yeah that play surprised me. Fowler quit and Cox couldn’t catch Stick. His old teammate QB Easton Stick showed some wheels running for a big gain.....Cox wasnt gaining
Dang. Those are the type of backup QBs I’d like to see Dallas take a swing on.Stick is a hell of a athlete, had best 3 cone time in entire indy combine that year... ndsu qb guru called him the best of all ...over wentz, trey lance
I don't think he is an afterthought.Know he's an after thought but his play was solid & very active
