After recovering from his injury, I felt he was used a bit sparingly vs. the Chargers.

I think the staff is being cautious w/him. Hoping to see more of him vs. Seattle.

That was my only concern with Cox. He looked a little slow on that play. I'm hoping he didn't lose his speed with the injury. Or, perhaps, he doesn't trust his legs yet.

That makes me feel better about the way that play looked...not that I was overly concerned. I was completely unfamiliar with Stick.

He flashes enough to make me think he's the future sidekick to Micah. It'll likely be LVE or Barr to start out the season but he might progressively get more snaps. Then Clark will be his competition and he was pretty darn good in college, robbed of the Butkus IMO.

He needs to put on a little weight ....... but thats hard to do when rehabbing a bum knee.

I think he will be outstanding for us ........ he and Clark will eventually allow Parsons to be even more of a roaming monster than he already is.

Absolutely agree, Cox was ballin last night. Even filled the gap a couple of times with power and showed some pass rush on a couple of plays. If LVE is on the field on 3rd downs I’m going to be pulling my hair out. I’m also hoping Cox gets some snaps on early downs to show what he can do.

Yep, I mentioned this last night...4.62 guy outran 4.5 guy and was pulling away. I don't think Cox is near 100% with the knee, maybe 80%.

Well, he is coming off an injury, so that has to be considered when rating his performance, regardless of the competition.

I don't think he is an afterthought.
I think they were planning on him playing meaningful snaps coming into the season.
He has made a remarkable recovery from his knee injury...

I saw him make a nice stop in the hole. I was just happy to see him out there.
