The coaching options like a blur now. This guy, not that guy. Retread, no, new blood.

I dont think we need a retread. I think we need to let Garrett go in there and see what he can do. Give him minimum 3 years.

I am curious how Jack Del Rio would do though?

It amazes me that people are willing to experiment with Garrett. If he can't cut it as an offense coordinator what makes you think he can coach?

I doubt the players will want to respect him anyways. Just looking at the interaction between him and Romo makes me think that they just aren't compatible. I honestly don't think Romo likes Garrett. He just has to deal with him cause his the OC.

I can see it in his face.

Better execution and half as many penalties and Garrett's offense(this team) is what? 4-1 or 5-0.

Yes and no.

I don't want Garret as an HC, not at all. I hate him.

However I didn't like Sean Peyton at all when he was here either. He was a crappy OC.

As an HC, he turned a crappy team into a superbowl team.

As with Peyton he was hampered by Parcells conservative playcalling. But when Peyton was allowed to call plays his own way, he really opened it up.

Peyton was also good with a QB like Romo. Notice how Romo excelled from learning from Peyton. On the other hand, notice how Romo have regressed since Garrett has taken over. It also seems as though Romo doesn't like Garrett. And when Peyton and Sparano was calling the offense it seems like Romo was actually enjoying playing. Thats not the case with Garrett.

Goes to show you some glimpse into the future on what to expect from a Garrett coaching change.

Romo having his best year last year is a regression?

Again, I HATE Garret. He is awful and needs to go away. I dread the thought of having him coach. But saying Romo has regressed? What?

Oh, as for the title of the OP.. Del Rio? Seriously? SERIOUSLY? Please go away.

#3 offense in the league now and last year it was #2.

Just saying.....

Hiring Garrett as H/C would be a hug mistake. If you are going to clean house, then clean house...everyone on the entire staff needs to go.

#3 in scoring? Where it counts?

I guess winning and Super Bowls aren't something you aspire to for the Cowboys.

Good gracious. 3 years. He can't handle an offense after 4 years. The last thing we need is one of Jerry's guys. Perpetuating the current system is about as bad an idea as I can imagine.

Retread? I'd far rather have a proven winner like Cowher or Gruden.

See below to (Teren_Kanan).
Be prepared to watch Garrett coach the Lions or whatever team to winning a SB before we even sniff 2 consecutive playoffs games.

No on Jack Del Rio. I live outside the Jacksonville area and the fans around here are getting tired of his "simple" play calling. You will see when they play the cowboys in 2 weeks. Go Cowboys. I am coming to my first game at Cowboys stadium.

Does that mean we will all need a hug because of it? :p:

Jack Del Rio is white trash... no way I want him here...

I can't take him seriously ever since he put the axe in the locker room and some stupid kicker actually used it and cut himself.
