The greatest part of it for me was the fact they did it last week, got fined, and just said screw you watch us do it again.

I'm just waiting for the NFL to install a new rule next year banning the Salvation Army bucket from the end zone.

Anyone worth his/her salt in PR knows that would be a disastrous move for the NFL.
They will continue to fine, but the NFL would be stupid to ban the Salvation Army bucket.
