I just read an ESPN article on Blackmon saying his career might be over. The Jags haven't heard from him in n over 21 months. I remembered some people like Warren Moon who said that he would be better than Bryant. It is ashamed and a waste of talent.

Moon, is a terrible judge of talent.

My question would be :Why was he not playing in the CFL?

In December, the Jaguars felt pretty good about Blackmon potentially returning. He had been getting professional help at a treatment facility, and Caldwell said he was “hearing good things.”

But then the Jaguars stopped getting updates about Blackmon, and pictures surfaced on social media sites earlier this year in which Blackmon appeared significantly heavier than his playing weight.

Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon is a fan of Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon and had a unique comparison to explain his talent.
"He's a beast isn't he?" Moon told 710 AM's Kevin Calabro. "He's like Dez Bryant with all his brain cells....he has all the skills Dez Bryant has but he's not the knucklehead that Dez Bryant turned out to be with Dallas. He's a better route runner than Dez Bryant. A very tremendous talent."

I think the rules prevent him from playing in the cal. The rules were changed after Ricky Williams played in Canada during his suspension.

The thing that bothers me that seems to slip past most (because of the egregious brain cells comment) is that he compares Blackmon and Dez physically when there never was any comparison. Blackmon was never on Dez's level-- much lower ceiling.
