Credit goes to Reeves in this game. He stepped up when Henry went out and had some great pass deflections, and he never got beat. You can really see him maturing before our eyes. And to think I thought that Brown, Ball, or Thomas would push him off the roster in the preseason, but he has turned out to be a gem for us.

I was one that thought that releasing A. Glenn was a mistake. All I have to say now is...Wade knows defense.

The Bills actually won today so next week's game won't be as easy as this week's. However, just like many on this board, I have to say that I'm really looking forward to measuring ourselves against the Pats...

if he keeps it up, cb is suddenly not a "huge" need going into the offseason.

wouldn't it be nice to not have any HUGE holes to fill?

Yeah that would be great, and Hamlin had a huge game as well, though he will probably get fined for that helmet-to-helmet hit on Bruce.

Except that he'll have to be re-signed along with 10-12 other who will all want big money!!!!

I said the same thing after the game. There were a few times I thought for sure it was Newman making the play only to find out it was Reeves.

He seems to be gaining confidence.

so resign him. from the cap threads i've been in the money is endless. : )

i know what you're saying but reeves is going to get a henry type contract at best. he won't get "newman" money.

Ya, I love his aggressiveness. And he hits hard. He does seem to have that confidence going now.

Draft well and develope from within. Sounds like the early 90s doesn't it. We have to remember that many of these players are very happy at Dallas and money isn't everything. Remember that there are also other players from other teams that will be in the market. I would be willing to bet that most everyone on the roster wants to stay here and those from other teams would love to be here. I still think that some of the delay on signing Romo is to be able to take care of other free agents at the same time. Things are really looking good for the first season in a long time.

wade gambled that Reeves was about to break out and he was right. But we will know for sure in 2 weeks. I would have still liked to have kept Glenn anyway to mentor these young guys but you cannot have everything.

Yet again, I was one of the people verbally upset about Glenn being released, but Reeves has shut me the heck up! The guy has stepped up big time this season. Big time props to Jacques Reeves, one of the most improved players on the team without a doubt

Of course, now I worry about losing him :p

Reeves is going to take Henry's job.
the only way he takes his job this year will be due to injury. what is your problem with henry? even when he is playing good and leading the league in picks, you still hate him.

Reeves is a FA after this season.

We need to get this guy signed.

He's good.
