Exactly. I'd have expected him not to recover to knock the ball away, or maybe to draw PI, or maybe just to fall down like Barber did on 2nd and goal...I'd expect him not to be in position to break up the other pass to Brown two plays later...I'd expect him to have his back to the play instead of coming up to make the tackle on McMahon that forced the long FG attempt.

Stuff like that.

In his defense the underthrown ball is one of the hardest plays to cover, but give him credit he made the play.

I expect for us to receive the kind of play we got out of him last night precisely because we made a boneheaded move in getting rid of Bruce Thornton, who clearly looks to be the better of the two. That's what I expect.

Parcells is playing him because in that spot because he is the best of the bunch once you get past Newman,Henry and Glenn. Most people do expect a bit of a drop off once you go to your 4th CB. Having said that it was not like he was giving up big plays through out the game, after all 2 of the philly TD came off running plays
