My guess Is if Dallas drafts him he will continue to have medical issues and someone else draft him then he will become an all-pro. At least that’s what the last 25 years has me into thinking.

My UM buddy who has seen every snap Rousseau and Phillips ever took there, opines that Rousseau will be the better pro, all else equal.

That doesn't account for Phillips concussion situation.

I've said before more than once, I have a gut feeling that one of those two will be the pick at 44, and the FO will be fast to say they had a 1st round grade on them.
