I like classic looks and a reduction in the cartoony-ness they and the Panthers have going.. but these are just super plain. Nothing identifying them as anything other than a team that happens to have teal and black as their colors.

Most new uniforms are unimpressive for one of the following reasons:

1. Too gimicky - trying to look like a cool teenager and failing.

2. Less detail - a lot modern jerseys dont have the fine detail of e.g. 80s and 90s. Plain generic jerseys that are cheaper to mass produce = higher profit margins. Think of the Giants in particular - passing off cheap rubbish as a traditional look.
