Jacksonville Jaguars fans will be able to watch a game this season while sitting in a pool inside the stadium.

The team has taken out 9,500 seats in the north end zone and is replacing them with a two-level party deck space that includes two pools and 16 cabanas complete with plush furniture.

Companies or fans can rent out one of the four poolside cabanas on the first level for $12,500 a game, or $250 per person. The package includes 50 tickets and is all-you-can-eat and drink. Wine and beer will be served up until the third quarter, as is the case with the rest of the stadium.

A similar package of 20 tickets on the upper level of the party deck, that does not include pool access, costs $3,000 a game, or $150 per person.

Chad Johnson, the team's senior vice president of sales, said the team has already sold out 65 percent of the in-stadium cabanas for the 2014 season.

"We're targeting businesses who want to entertain some of their clients or even their own employees," Johnson said. "What we've built here you can't get anywhere else."

hmm...i just wonder how bad the press would be, and how badly JJ would get ripped if he did something like this for Cowboys Stadium.

And we can pretend that he made the playoffs the last three seasons, instead of picking top ten like the Jags have been.

I think this board would have had to create a Jerry Jones zone inside the Rant zone for that lol.

I'm not going to lie...I wouldn't be opposed to hanging out in a pool while watching a Cowboys game. Drinking a few cold ones while hanging out in the water? Yeah I'd be good with that.

I wouldn't give $12500 for lifetime passes to every Jags game with a pool, drinks, food and strippers. Hell, I would give that much for the same deal at AT&T Stadium.

If they really wanted to make some money, they should've offered poolside cannabis and charged regular prices for food and drink. :D

Ok you're pushing it too far now, that deal would be too good to pass up. :D

Next idea will be for Cheerleaders to hang out at the pool. No matter if they are needed on the sideline or not.

Agreed. Honestly sounds like a good time. Now I'm not saying I've already booked a flight or anything, but if the opportunity presented itself I'd be down.

Although, if I was to partake in that experience I'd prefer it be a non-Cowboys game. I tend to get pretty into those and probably wouldn't enjoy the atmosphere as much if the 'Boys were playing.
