Jaire Alexander to the Ravens

I wasn't interested...but that was because I didn't know the price tag was this low. Wow.

Me neither but it seems like It was that low for the Ravens. I suspected he'd go to a contender and sign a one year prove it and then get paid next offseason....

3, 2, 1 .... why didn't Jerry do this crowd coming in.
Can't blame them in a way.

Too much of a past injury history. But would he been worth the gamble? With the other 3 CB's that may start the season on PUP.
Definitely gonna happen but understandable. Personally I’d have passed. Probably wasn’t even considering coming here anyway.

For him it would make more sense to to go to a team without a Diggs and a Bland...Bland seems to be putting up a fight about playing nickel .

1yr-6mil total?

Or 1yr-6mil with some bonuses if he exceeds play, becomes the next Pope, and creates world peace?

Looks like $4M plus incentives bringing it to $6M. Saw this a few places. Here are a couple

It’s a one-year, $6 million contract. With the Ravens, Alexander will try to reestablish his value and return to the open market next offseason. He will have $4 million in guarantees, plus $2 million available via incentives.

When you are an organization serious about football, you are constantly looking to upgrade your team.

When players respect the organization & the commitment to winning, they are willing to give up a little to sign there.

We have neither. How I envy fans of teams like the Ravens.

Makes you wonder why they won’t or can’t upgrade receiver which is one of their bigger weaknesses.

Some here wanted him, but he was never on our radar

Great fit and solid addition by DeCosta.

Former Louisville teammate of Lamar. Easy recruiting job.

I thought last season the Ravens and Eagles had the best teams in the League. Nothing has changed in my eyes. Solid move.

Good deal for the Ravens. Good landing zone for Alexander to try to get one more big bag.
