I liked Chase over DaVonta Smith in the draft. The Bengals with Burrow & Chase are set up for years as threats .

Meanwhile the Eagles seem obsessed with WR in the first round lately while the defense is really mediocre.

I liked Smith over all WRs but I can't argue with you. Here's the only thing I can say. Switch out Smith for Chase, do we see the same results? Right now Smith has no one throwing to him.

The offense scored 30 today . The defense went second game in a row over 40 given up. Who’s the DC in Philly Mike Nolan ….only half kidding.

I liked Smith over all WRs but I can't argue with you. Here's the only thing I can say. Switch out Smith for Chase, do we see the same results? Right now Smith has no one throwing to him.

Smith did have like 120 yards receiving today. I think he's going get better and better. Guy is poetry in motion.

I've been watching Hurts since his freshman year at Alabama. He's a running, scrambling QB who can throw on the run. He is NOT a pocket passer. Philly got blown out yesterday and he put up a lot of stats when the game was no longer in doubt.

Lamar Jackson Pat Mahomes scramble throw on the run. Siriani who was hired for offensive chops should tailor that offense to his QB’s strengths . DaVonta Smith Miles Sanders the two tight ends they have weapons.

On the other hand that defense seems old and broken. I think Philly finishes dead last in the East and along with the Wentz draft pick they should be in restocking mode.

Fletcher seems like he's just an average player now, and they don't have any good linebackers or DB's besides Slay, who is just decent I'd say. They have the 3 first rounders, but they have so many needs on defense and OL that they are going to need to use them to restock there I think.

Hurts doesn't have Lamar's speed and he doesn't have Mahomes arm or accuracy. Mahomes is just in the another class. He is the best. Philly can win with Hurts like Alabama did by catering the offense to his strengths and playing great defense.
