“I did a pretty good job,” Russell told reporters. “When it all boils down to it, you had a chance at the end to try and win. Didn’t do too much damage with the interception. No matter what happened, I think we came out and fought despite the score and just kept pushing and just came out short in the end.”

Russell took five sacks, fumbled, threw an interception, averaged under five yards per pass attempt, and completed two passes for 16 yards to his wide receivers for a total of 109 yards. He is 33rd in QB rating, tied for fifth in interceptions, and is completing 48.4% of his throws.

I disagree with him. He did a GREAT job.

He's set his standards so low, that when he completes more than half of his passes and only throws one INT, that's JaMiraculous Russell.

Jamarcus Russell owes Akili Smith an apology for staying in the league longer than he did.

I guess Russell has completely given up on trying to win games and is just trying not to completely suck at this point.

He has absolutely no business being on an NFL football field.

I hate it when people want to know what someone's wonderlic score was, like it somehow translates to talent.

:laugh1: Were talking about his intelligence here, which to hear the stuff coming out of his mouth, seems to is lacking. By the way if fumbling, throwing to the wrong colored jersey, and completing 40 percent of your passes, isnt an indicator of a problem, I dont know what is.

Seriously, is he mentally challenged or something? How can any sane person say that after a performance like that?

Nice draft pick, Raiduhs.

This guy had motivation issues in college. I know he was a physical specimen with a big arm, but how could they sit down and interview this guy and come away thinking that he should be the No. 1 pick in the draft.

What a disaster that franchise is.

He's better than Ryan Leaf was. Well, not really but you get the picture of the class he's in.

He's worse than Mr.Leaf, apart from the criminal record and childish temper.

Andre Ware and Akili Smith are better than he is.

This guy is Kelly Stouffer, Dan Maguire, Rick Mirer bad.
