Jameis Winston Not Charged

After a full review of the evidence, the DA has decided to not go forward with charges.

But do not be surpirsed if Winston's family files charges of slander. Many top athletes make as much or more money in their lifetime on endorsements.. The family may feel his reputation has been soiled....and rightly so.

If there is no evidence there isn't anything that can be done. The alleged victim can also file a civil suit since the burden of proof is much less in civil court.

The laughter by the prosecutor during this press conference was weird and out of place. Doesn't seem like a time for laughter no matter if Winston was guilty or innocent or whether the victim lied or didn't. Not that I am against making jokes and all, but I am not directly involved in the case. For example, Winston should skip any interviews with Jeff Ireland when he becomes draft eligible.

That's attorney speak nonsense.
They aren't suing anyone.

If anything it will be the other way around.
This case makes exactly no one look good.
It's a brutal microscope on Winston, the local PD and the girl.
