In the 4th qtr last week when T. Barber fumbled, it looked for sure that B.James recovered the fumble. Then you the Giant's FB go into the pile and come out with the ball. The next thing you see is James coming out the pile taking his helmet off and pointing and screaming at Finn the FB. I guess what happens at the bottom of the pile stays at the bottom of the pile. Mayber he tried the old 3 stooges trick with the fingers in the eyes or nose. But something happened, has anybody heard anything concrete about this or see what i saw?

I haven't heard anything, but apparently the Cowboys had that ball at some point based on the reaction of Dallas players. I'm not sure if some of the players are even sure how that guy came up with the ball.

What happened was Chris Snee dove in there and pryed James' arms open and Finn took the ball.

Alot of crap goes on at the bottom of piles. Hitting folks in the ba**s, spitting, grabbing, pinching, it could be a dangerous place to be.

James had it but couldn't really secure it because of the way he had it cradled down by his knees. Finn could dive in and easily pry it away.

James should have held on to the ball if he wanted it more! Do whatever you have to in order to secure the ball!

In the end we won anyway, but I get sick of hearing what a great game Eli played when we should have picked him off at least twice. One was dropped by Bradie james, the other by Aaron Glenn in the end-zone. Also it looked like not only did "Kiwi" fumble his pick of Romo away, but also the second INT. Romo threw looked like it was fumbled back to us as the DB was trying to lateral the ball to a team-mate. It was never challenged by Big Bill though. So in the end we won anyway, but it really should have never been so close as to have to come down to Martin's 46 yarder. You take them anyway you can get them though. 8-4 is still 8-4.

Funny thing here in Vegas radio guy Teddy Covers, well known handicapper says the Giants should have won by 2 or 3 TDs.... I was laughing my butt off knowing he must have lost some BIG CASH on the game!

Oh boy, scrap piles are the worst. I even remember how bad they were in high school.

I was pinched, poked, punched, anything you can imagine. During our junior year homecoming game, I recovered a fumble on a kickoff, dove on it, then proceeded to have someone on the other team treating my head as a veritable corkscrew by grabbing my helmet and twisting. Once I found who it was, I wanted every oppurtunity I could get to give him a snot bubble. Unfortunately, I never got the chance.

And it still haunts me to this very day. :bang2:
