James Sims, RB from KU?

What do you guys think about James Sims, RB from KU, as a late rd choice or post-draft signing?

Almost 3600 yds, 34 tds. Not a burner but does everything well, incl pass protect.

Local kid, went to HS at Irving MacArthur. He wasn't invited to the combine, but I think he started all 4 years at Kansas. Every year they brought in someone to challenge his spot but noone could take it. Charlie Weis estimated 4.5 40, but he looks faster on the field. With Tanner gone, could be a sleeper upgrade. Couldn't find a lot of footage but maybe some of these will help...
