I agree they have alot more talent than Washington. Anyone who has watched them in the last year or two can tell you they really aren't that bad. They just suffer from Incredibly bad quarterbacking. You give them even an average qb back there and they win 8-9 games.

This is a good move for Oakland. JC can throw the ball deep much better than he throws it short. And Oakland likes to go deep.
