I would say 3 - 5 if the offense does well, thats the key here if Romo takes a couple of steps back and our defense is playing the way it should be, theres no way Garrett will be our Head Coach.

Either in Dallas or somewhere else. If he is good, some team will want him for a head coach and Dallas can't stop him from taking the job except by offering him a better one.
