That's what I've been saying about Dak all along. If he actually sought help and fixed the mental issue in the playoffs causing him to choke, I'd have no problem with him.
And where would get this "help" to fix the mental issue in the playoffs??? :muttley: :D :muttley:

. Yep. Let’s look at the Green Bay playoff game and call that a good player.

Or better yet, San Francisco the 2 years before that game!

Or WAIT! The Rams in the year before that!

Should I keep going?

Only thing worse than his coaching or commentary was his choice of loafers with no socks they showed at halftime.
He probably had those half socks on.

The ones that look like stockings

Garrett does a great job on NBC. Dak isn’t as bad as some want to portray. He just chokes in the playoffs.
Maybe but, he's not best player in the game good, which is what you should be if you just got the highest contract in NFL history.

Dak only threw for 160 yards today against a really tough defense on the road, and behind our young offensive, partially experienced offensive line with a rookie center. It was a good win for the team and he and McCarthy managed the offense well enough. Dak wasn't mind boggling amazing but played well. Let's hope he can keep it up.

Unfortunately that’s not how it works in the NFL when it comes to Market Price for QB’s. The highest paid doesn’t necessarily represent the best talent .

Franchise QB’s are in such high demand that we see middle tier ( not elite) Franchise QB’s receiving top or near the top Market Price contracts .

Unlike most positions where the highest contracts does generally represent best talents.

For QB’s it’s all about when you sign a deal. Remember 4 years ago when he received his last deal was near the top but 3 years later is 14th highest paid.

Always respected Garrett a lot, was not my favorite coach, but he seems like a great guy. Also seems like he found a home at NBC.
Yes, he is color commentator on Notre Dame games on Saturday as well. Looks like he’s found his niche on NBC.

Former Cowboy QB’s have a great history in broadcasting.

"Just", lol...
It is what it is . There’s several Franchise QB’s who don’t have anymore success in the playoffs.

All the ones this year which signed for Market Price deals this offseason haven’t reached a championship game either except for Goff.

Fans place far too much weight on winning or playing for championships when measuring a QB’s value.

Psychologists? Hypnotherapists? Anything? The man has the jitters in the big lights. He has the ability but mentally chokes. I don't know what to tell you.

What mental issue?

Are we really sitting here and blaming him for every loss?
