It was the 2 week layoff. That's Garrett's problem. We played the Eagles after the bye (1st game against them), and also came out flat in the 1st half. Just like the playoff game vs Green Bay.

after reading D. Prescott's verbiage of the brow beating grilling Jason was slinging his way after he was drafted( I.e. Garrett's a prick/ cactus thorn of a person in the confidence wheelhouse )
I blame/ hold him directly responsible for the lackadaisical defensive secondary production since DAY #1 of his tenure.

He really is the "right kind of guy" that you want on your team.

It's a tough transition but what I saw from his time at UTEP is that he's tough and just goes all out to get the job done. I hope he's able to make the team & contribute.

Well, his career win percentage is awful close to Jeff Fisher.

Thats really all that needs to be said, and he's been especially awful in the playoffs. Things are going along better, but I can't say thats cause of JG, probably more of in spite of him.

No it's easy after those playoff losses and those 8-8 season collapses. I want us to be consistently good not mediocre. Hard schedule or not this team needs to respond this year and not regress. I don't want any more excuses about how we fail. I want the Cowboys to play in championship games.
