Bottom line, can a head coach help you get wins when things aren't perfect? When there are injuries and suspensions.
Can a head coach help you elevate when you get to the playoffs to beat the really good teams, not just the bad ones en route to an NFC East title.
I don't think Garrett has shown that he can do these things. I think he's proven he's an adequate coach when he has healthy talent in his team. That's not enough.
