Jason Garrett is the second lingest tenured Cowboys coach. Unbelievable when you think about it. Personally, I think he's a middle of the pack head coach. He's not terrible; he's also not in the top five.

How much longer do you think the clapprr will be here? JJ seems to love him and it doesn't appear as though players have quit on him.

Garrett will stay here so long as there's not an absolute implosion. His "process" stuff gets old, but whatever he says to the team behind closed doors seems to resonate with them.

I'm fine with Garrett for now, but a postseason run had better come pretty soon. Jerry Jones is approaching his mid-70's and I don't know how much longer he's going to stay patient if the Cowboys don't at least reach the NFC title game in the immediate future.

1 playoff win and this is year 8................if that doesn't say JAG, I really don't know what does.

And for reference sake, Jason Garrett and Marvin Lewis are the only two head coaches in the NFL that have been with their respective teams 7 or more seasons and have one or fewer playoff victories. In other words, 30 other teams have fired their head coaches with records like this.

That is with top 10 talent at QB other than when Romo was injured.

Garrett is terrible. Without top level talent and franchise QB's saving is hide this team would be sub 500 since he has been here. The clapper should have been put to bed long ago. I cant see him getting fired. I really cant.

Be real...

He had to rebuild the entire roster which happened during the 8-8 seasons. We were an old, overpaid team when he took over.

I’m not a big Garrett fan but it’s not like he inherited super bowl talent. It takes more than a QB and a coach...ask Sean Payton and Drew Brees the last 10 year or so.

Another measurement for mgmt and or coaches is what have you built and where have you come since taking over?

Are we in a better place than 2010? Do we have more talent than 2010? Do we have more hope than 2010?

How have our drafts been since 2011? How have we managed Cap, Free Agency and personnel since 2011?
