Jason Witten - Climbing The Career Receptions Chart

Jason is really climbing the NFL career receptions chart. As it currently looks:

2. Tony Gonzalez 1,325
3. Larry Fitzgerald 1,125
4. Marvin Harrison 1,102
5. Cris Carter 1,101
6. Tim Brown 1,094
7. Jason Witten 1,089

Give Witten just 14 receptions this year and he will pass Brown, Carter and Harrison and will be #4 overall. #4 of all time! Serious props to him for this accomplishment and great career and for being such a great guy also.

We should all enjoy what time Witten has left on the team, 2 years 60+ each year, getting him just over the 1200 reception mark. Think him and Fitz will be pretty close to each other.
And probably go into the hall the same year.
