yep, sad days, I was there in the 3rd round of that draft. We are better to have had him rep the star. One of the greats..

Witten is one of those players they should just waive the 5 year rule and induct him right away.

Witten took a lap around the stadium and said goodbye to the fans after the Commander game. He knows its over. IMO, he came back to avoid an embarrassing firing from MNF as much as anything. He was awful as a commentator and this was the most graceful exit for him and ESPN.

He was mediocre this year but still the best we had at TE...............not sure how Dallas overlooks upgrading the position in the offseason.
