Obviously he’s low on the list of issues today, but if he doesn’t ride the receiver piggy back for 5 yards it’s game over. Again, there’s plenty of blame to go around and shoukdjt single anyone out, but that was such an egregious play

Yeah, Kearse has to make that tackle in bounds, just fall on the back of his legs! but the Cowboys DBs are not known for their hitting. I too want to know where the rest of the team was while Kearse was getting dragged across the field.

Defense looked like it decided to have a few beers at halftime.

Actually the stupid thing was throwing on 3rd down with 1:30 to go in the 4th quarter and not making Jax used their final time out. That probably cost us the game.

Where was the supporting cast to help bring the WR down?

The issue was he was trying to pull engram instead of just tackling him. A normal solid tackle and he falls inbound.

Oh well, what’s done is done.

Jaguars are just the smarter team...Pederson better than McCarthy. Good awareness and effort to know to try to get to the sideline. I guarantee you if that was a Cowboys receiver in the same situation, they would have just gone down at first contact and forced them to call the last timeout.

It's why I'd have a rugby coach on my staff, to teach proper tackling.

You had him round the waist, slide down to his legs and he can't run, it's not rocket science, but the nfl is do far removed from knowing how to tackle....

The Cowboys definitely have the look of a team drinking their own koolaid. Just like they have every other time they’ve had a moderately good regular season. And the lack of improvement talent-wise in the off-season is starting to read it’s head now.

The left side of the offensive line was abysmal. Tyler Smith has absolutely no business being out there if Tyron is healthy. He was awful. He’s been awful for weeks. McGovern has no business as a starter in the NFL.

The Cowboys don’t have a legitimate play making linebacker on the roster. They made zero attempt to add one. Damone Clark shows flashes, but he’s incredibly raw.

The Joseph and Wright reaches are really looking bad now. Neither of these guys should be in a starting role.

The WR position is abysmal. Gallup isn’t ready to be a #2 yet. He’s still recovering. Lamb is streaky as all hell. Noah Brown is your big play guy?!?!

This team is exactly who we thought they were. They’re exactly who they were last season. Streaky. Undisciplined. Poorly coached. Too heavy talent-wise.

I didn't mind calling a pass. I had zero teeth faith in the defense. But a bomb? Stupid.

Agreed, but whatever happened to the defenders rallying to the ball? The Cowboys D does not have that hustle in their game anymore. That is what really made them special.
Noticed this too. It will be interesting to see the all22 on that play.
