Best wishes for your dad. I lost mine in 2009, haven't been the same since.

Still waiting on a N.F.L. team to win the Super Bowl with a change of pace back or a Wildcat QB who comes in for a few series each game to mix things up.

I think this is where Schott hiring comes in when you have to figure out ways to get Blue off the bench and being the relief back , change of pace speed merchant . He had 134 carries for Texas senior season in 15 games over 5 YPC and 6 TD’s.

Williams the hammer obviously the feature back pounding the trenches then Blue comes in maybe line him up in the slot or some pitches out going wide let him use his vision to get to a hole .

This is why an offensive person was hired as HC now you have this weapon to be used . And obviously if Blue wants a second contract for bigger $$ in the league he’s got to get it together .
Jaydon blue needs cut. He is not an nfl back

Sorry guys blue is just not nfl quality- he had plenty of chances last year and looked less than ordinary...he will be gone in a year
My question is wth care about a 5th rd running back who has shown he is mush between the ears?

The scouts failed to detect his mental flaw during their evaluation and interviews with him.

Why a HC would try to develop him is a mystery to me. If the other coaches can't get anything out of him why would the HC waste valuable time on him?

This will be Schotty's 2nd year with Blue along withthe RB coaches.

If he doesn't see more significant time, then we can infer that his time with the team will be short. On this team RB should be an easy one to get on the field unless you have serious deficiencies.

I can't see much more tolerance for Blue if doesn't get his crap together.
The ball is in Blues court. He has some talent but he needed to mature and get serious. We will see if he has

There's a LOT we do that "doesn't make sense".

We let our emotions determine it.

Bringing Sam Williams back I guess on the cheap makes little or no sense he’s done little. Maybe he will block a punt again . Or run into the punter so the offense can get another crack at the code

..most RB' do ok first year. Working on XP, reading blocks, getting in sync with plays etc..

I expect him to be better this year. Of course, I say pragmatically.

You want a change of pace back?

Go draft Love.

LOL, kidding. In all seriousness though, depth at TB scares me a bit and I think people are getting overly confident in Williams.

Let's see what he looks like when he comes into minicamp.

Did he put in the work? Has he taken advantage of his year experience around NFL football? Is he going to be 100% ready?

What will his competition look like?

I think there are too many variables to assume that Blue is going to be that RB2.
