If Jaydon Blue went to North Dakota State or The Technical Institute of Maine, no one here would care enough to make this many posts about him.

He had 1100 career rushing yards in college. He may find a gadget role in the offense, but just because he wore burnt orange in college doesn’t give him super powers.

Build Enough of a hype train and it’s natural you’ll get detractors to balance out the boat.

I will enjoy the RB committee with Williams, Blue and Mafah. I think you can find a role for all three because they're all different. Gives them a lot of options to play with.
Sanders is a nice vet back up option. The room is pretty deep IMO.

Blue was a 4.38 so very similar. If he ends up being a Gibbs type player for us than it's a home run pick. But I'll tap the brakes on that just a bit for now until I see him in game action. But I am excited to see the new running game this year. I think we have something brewing for the NFCE to worry about.
*It's worth noting that Blue reportedly ran this time with a grade II groin strain, and he later ran a sub-4.3 40-yard dash at his pro day.

Injuries, O scheme, Oline play... RB's comming out of college are usually good enough athletes to play an easy position to learn from NCAA to NFL... those 3 first things are what makes them "What a steal" or "Just a JAG"...of course there are outliers like Zeke his rookie year but even then those 3 things held true.

They play a little bigger than they look.

Incredible speed and acceleration.

Both incredibly talented in the receiving game.



I think Blue could be a steal. So much potential here.
