When we selected Blue, there were better RBs on the board, so the cowboys were looking for a WR and got one in Blue, with his agility, hands and speed it would be a nightmare to cover him in man to man.
I’m liking our draft even more

What do you guys think ?

Not trying to see him being used as a decoy to run a simple route to the sidelines or something, actually use this man and his skillsets

I doubt it. With Turpin and lamb getting a ton of snot snaps there probably won’t be a ton of opportunity for blue to see action at wr unless we get absolutely beat up at the position in camp.

He may play a little in the slot, but he is not going to be our slot WR

I don’t think so.

They took Blue because IMO, he’s what they don’t have in the roster. Sanders and Williams aren’t burners and neither is Vaughn. I don’t know how serious this team is about Sanders and Williams…but if they are….im gonna say yes Blue offers the one thing no one else on this roster does is runaway speed.

Blue is not a slot receiver. Hes a running back who catches passes. It’s not like Pollard who they actually had out the slot in Memphis.

I see blue taking some dump off passes from the backfield to the house but how scared wd a team be w blue sanders turpin and lamb on the field? Speed kills.

Our slot receiver is Lamb, don't think he is taking reps away from him inside. Blue will be our Tony Pollard, screens and hitches, etc.

It will be interesting to see if they get blue and even turpin into the everyday game plan. Speed can't help a team if they won't put it to use.

That’s silly. He’s a RB. He’s a good pass catcher but that doesn’t mean he lines up as a WR

Blue runs crisp routes like a wr, and his hands are great. I luv him in the slot or out wide on bubble screens.

I agree and when we go 3 wide it’s gonna be Turpin. Blue and Turpin are guys you scheme to get the ball in their hands. Hopefully the new staff sees that.

There were RBs with similar grades but Blue's speed is a trait no other RB in this draft could top. I didn't have anyone left significantly above him.

Blue will be our new Pollard. He'll have some designed plays and probably take every second or third drive. Turpin is who I want to see more slot work from.
