Now I know he is not particularly a fan favorite at this stage and we do not have a lot of positives to look at over the past two games but I think Jaylon is one.

Yes, he is still lost at times and yes, like most young players, he is not consistent but...I have seen some improvements from him the past couple weeks since how dreadful Atlanta performance that I have liked. He has been taking better angles and has had a couple inpressive open field tackles. He has also appeared to jump off the screen at times by showcasing his speed. He has also at least temporarily improved somewhat playing through the traffic.

He still has a ways to go and he shouldn’t be starting nor should his presence have any impact on drafting linebackers but I’m not ready to write him off yet. I am still hopeful he will continue to improve as you would hope a young player getting game experience would.

On a side note, I am growing tired of the swipe whenever he does anything...it’s obvious he is just trying to sell a brand with that.

Thought this was the one positive from yesterday's game. He did play pretty well.
And yes his signature move is pretty silly given the Cowboys overall play.

I agree, I was pointing that out to my pops during the game. He looked like he was playing down hill more. We have some hope that he is finally catching up mentally to the speed of the game.

Why do you care about bold? Some people whine about the most silly stuff. I think he is improving but I don't really have much to say good or bad about a rookie esp bad. I think they need some time even though I know how players control a lot of fans emotions.

Jaylon still has a long ways to go before his journey to respectability is accomplished.

noticed as well.....I'm hoping the game continues to slow down for him and he's able to properly react as plays develop rather than his game consisting of guessing
