He wasn't great in college, and his bad injury really made people overlook the fact that he actually wasn't playing at a very high level his final season in college.

Bad second round pick and a guy we probably could have gotten in a later round. Hell, maybe even ended up with both Jack and Smith.

I’ve been a critic of his but the guy has been an absolute terror in our blitz packages.

He’s one of the main reasons those blitzes are getting home so well.

Idk what everyone saw today but i see him running all over the field. Yes he overruns the occasional play. However the defense isn't the problem. I think jaylon has been good. Another 8 tackles and a sack today (although the sack was more like a tackle).

Was Jaylon a bad pick? Absolutely. That was a dumb pick.

Did he look like a fish out of water last season? Yeah, I’d say so.

But this year he has looked pretty good going north and south. Sometimes he doesn’t move well east and West when he has to flip his hips quickly.

Rushing the passer though? He’s been great at it. He blitzes with a purpose and I love it.

He's an athletic freak who still lacks play recognition. I noticed he had issues once Sean Lee went out. I think he just needs to play more and spend time watching film with Lee as much as possible.
