Man I guess I (along with most of us) overrated his play. I figured he could get at least 6-8M/year as a starter. $5M for a full time starter is just great. I like this safety group.

He was one of the guys that I wanted us to re-sign. This isn’t cheap compared to he last contract, but it looks like a bargain compared to what they wanted to pay Gregory. I think Kearse will have more impact this year than Gregory would have at a fraction of the cost.
