Not sure how Tampa will fare in the long run, but he's nonetheless been an X-factor with them, both with the tangibles AND intangibles.

Their play has surely been much improved since he came in.

The funny thing is he played so crappy his last season at San Fran and in Cleveland and in Detroit.

How did he turn it around at Philly and now Tampa?

For one, he's one of those "system players"(i.e. WCO)-Erickson and Butch Davis didn't run these O's. And Detroit doesn't even have a team-even Tom Brady couldn't save them.

But nonetheless, the intangibles(i.e. leadership) he brings to the table is priceless. All of a sudden-the Tampa D looks like the Tampa 2 of old.
