I like Butler, but that would be an intriguing signing if it meant competing for Butler's spot.

Maybe if he signed cheap (he won't, imo) and beat Butler in camp/preseason. Some team will snag him for more than he's worth, tho.

It's what he hasn't done. In '14 and '15, Maclin had 18 TD's and 2 drops. In '16 he had 2 TD's and 7 drops. Limited to 12 games a season ago, Maclin mustered 44 receptions for a career-low 536 yards and two scores. He was also plagued by a case of shaky hands. And yes, it does clear a lot of cap space. He's washed up and Reid knows it. Not good for a team that will show up yet once again in the playoffs.

Had Pittyburger not of gotten away with that insane call vs. KC, I really think the Pats would of never made the SB, let alone win it. IMO, KC was on a roll & ready to beat the Brady Bunch as well. Andy's shopping for younger legs as his WR. He's a great coach, just doesn't get the credit even though he took KC out of the basement from all those past years.

Kid has a lot of raw talent, and will make a lot of mistakes first year !!! But Noah will make some big plays and learn the pro game
