“New video shows Jeremy Renner's helicopter flight to a hospital shortly after his horrific snowplowing accident, and TMZ has learned new details about his injuries which caused him to lose a serious amount of blood.

According to a neighbor, the plowing machine -- called a Snowcat -- accidentally ran over one of Jeremy's legs, and he was losing a lot of blood from the injury. We're told another neighbor, who's a doctor, was able to put a tourniquet on his leg until paramedics arrived.“

That Snowcat that he has is dynamite, a real toy. Feel bad for the guy. Snowcats are very safe, not sure how he managed to do that.

I assume he got out of the Snowcat to do something and it rolled over him?

Actor Jeremy Renner had been helping to dig out a car that a family member had gotten stuck in the snow when he was injured in a snowplow accident over the weekend, Washoe County Sheriff Darin Balaam said Tuesday. Renner was airlifted to a hospital and listed in critical but stable condition.

According to Balaam, Renner was able to get the vehicle unstuck from the mountain road in the Reno, Nevada, area using his personal PistenBully snowplow. But when he got out to speak to the family member who had been driving, the snowplow started to roll. Renner then attempted to jump back into the driver's seat of the snowplow and was run over, Balaam said.

The sheriff said they do not believe Renner was impaired at the time, and there is no indication of foul play.

Ah, probably slipped on the ice when he was trying to step into the vehicle. That's a shame. The original article stated that he lost a lot of blood. I wonder if the plow itself got him, or if the weight of the vehicle blew out his leg...or if a bone protruded through.
